Once we have an opportunity to evaluate your case, we’ll explain what we’ve found and what we think it will take for you to get well, and just as important, to stay well.

Financial Policy and Chiropractic Active Life Plans

We are committed to providing you with the best chiropractic care possible and have established our financial policies to achieve that goal. You will be informed of all charges in advance. Fees are to be paid at the time services are rendered unless you arrange a Chiropractic Active Life Plan in advance. Chiropractic Active Life Plans include yearly Corrective Adjustment Plans (CAP), Wellness Adjustment Plans (WAP), and Family Adjustment Plans (FAP). Chiropractic Active Life Plans are designed to help you and your family reach optimum health now, and over the course of your lifetime. At your Report of the Findings, we will discuss with you which Chiropractive Active Life Plan you are eligible for so that you can reach all of your health objectives.

Health Insurance

If you have insurance that partially contributes to the cost of your Chiropractic care, we will bill your insurance as a courtesy to you. There is no guarantee that your insurance company will contribute to the cost of your care. However, it is our experience that the majority of the time, if you do have coverage, your insurance company will cover what they should. It is the patient's responsibility to see that their account is paid, regardless of insurance coverage, because an insurance contract is ultimately between the patient and the insurance company. Most patients have a yearly deductible to meet and per visit co-pay. The details of your expected insurance coverage will be discussed with you during your Report of the Findings.

If you are like most of our patients and choose to participate in one of our Chiropractic Active Life Plans, there is a possibility that we may bill your insurance for you.

We accept cash, check, Visa, MaterCard, or debit card as forms of payment. There is an additional $20 fee for returned checks.
