Follow-Up Visits

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

A regular office visit involves the gentle spinal adjustment to reduce and correct your vertebral subluxations.  Rehabilitation exercises may be a part of your care.

We are committed to your health as much as you are committed to your own health.  After a program of care has been established, it is your responsibility to follow the game plan.  Like an exercise program to get into better shape or daily practice to master a musical instrument, each visit builds on the ones before.  Miss a visit and we can lose the momentum necessary to make the desired changes.  It is important to make up and reschedule any missed appointments.

Periodically we will perform Progress Exams to evaluate your progress and see how your spine is correcting and stabilizing.

You and your family will be joining millions of others worldwide that have enjoyed better health through chiropractic.  Congratulations on your decision to participate in chiropractic care in our office.

Dr. Steve Asks some important questions of interest to Federal Way residents - Chiropractor Federal Way Dr. Steve Asks...

What does a chiropractic adjustment do?
Chiropractic adjustments give your spine a little "nudge" at the right place, right time and the right direction so your body can use that energy to "right" itself. With a schedule of consistent chiropractic visits, a new, healthier spinal pattern emerges.
What controls every cell, tissue and organ of your body?
DNA? Wrong. Immune system? Wrong? Hormones? Wrong. It's your nervous system, consisting of your brain, spinal cord and all the nerves of your body. When a chiropractor sees a Federal Way patient with say, stomach problems, we want to know why the brain is unable to properly control and regulate the stomach. Which prompts us to examine the nervous system—the focus of chiropractic care.
